This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and JyotAI ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the mobile application JyotAI (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on a personal mobile device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree not to:
JyotAI uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized content, including emotional journaling prompts, breathing exercises, and astrology-inspired tips. All information is for general wellness and lifestyle use only.
Not medical or therapeutic: The App does not provide medical, mental health, or professional advice. Use it as a supportive tool, not a replacement for professional guidance.
The App stores all personalization data locally on your device. No identifiable personal data is transmitted to external servers.
When you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently erased.

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including AI logic, design, code, and content) belong to JyotAI or its licensors.
You are not granted any ownership rights by using the App.
We may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance, add features, or fix bugs. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of changes.
This license is effective until terminated by you or JyotAI. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App.
We may terminate it if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App and delete it from your device.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JyotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
